Completion of sale of TECHNEGAS business to Cyclomedica Australia

We are pleased to announce that Landauer Radiopharmaceuticals Pty Limited has completed the sale of our TECHNEGAS business to Cyclomedica Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 003 071 556) (Cyclomedica), pursuant to an asset sale agreement dated 24 August 2023.

We want to assure you that it is still "business as usual" for our customers. Cyclomedica is committed to providing the same level of quality and excellence that you have come to expect from us. Cyclomedica is the manufacturer of the TECHNEGAS generator and with its sales, service and regulatory team is capable of supporting the TECHNEGAS technology to ensure you can deliver the best clinical outcomes for your patients. We can assure you that this transition will be seamless with no disruption to your business.
